I am the DM of a campaign as a master tier subscriber, but i only own the PHB on DNDBeyond. I have 4 players, one of which who is also a Master Tier subscriber (who i will refer as Master Player). He also has all of the books we are wanting to use
I as a DM and Master Tier can see the books and create character without issue using the Master Players' books, as a dm of course. My other players that are not Master Player however cannot see any of the content that Master Player is sharing.
My campaign is already set up to share content with all players so that shouldnt be an issue. None of my other 3 players have any subscription.
Can someone explain to me why only me and Master Player can see his books and no one else in the party can see it?
Once a single player w/ Master Tier has marked 'Content Sharing' within the subscription, all players with source material should observe their content shared across the campaign. I would have the players logout/login as the first step of troubleshooting, as simple as it sounds.
The player had only just created their account after adding the Master Player to the game. But ill doublecheck to see if he has it set up to share with my campaign. worst case ill just buy the books again on Beyond
Do the players have PCs in the campaign? If not, maybe they need to create their characters from the campaign page? Because if they don't have a character in the campaign, they won't be able to see the shared content.
Also, when sharing has been turned on, there's a big blue banner on the campaign page to indicate that.
Good luck!

Has the 'Master Player' enabled "Content Sharing" upon this campaign?
As far as im aware he has. Would he be required to for me to be able to see the content? or is me being the DM the reason i can see everything?
