I just joined DND Beyond last night. I purchased two books and a few specific items so I could build my current character on the platform. I have a magic item called Duskcrusher, so that is one of the items I paid $1.99 for on the site so I could add it to my character sheet. However, when I go to the items section and type in Duskcrusher into the Filter field, but nothing comes up. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I can see my purchase for the item in my purchase history, and the non-book things like a spell I purchased comes up when I want to click on it. I'm not sure what to do.
Duskcrusher is from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, which is Critical Role content. In your character preferences you'll need to make sure that the Critical Role content tab is on/red/right. You may also want to make sure that you are either proficient in warhammers/martial weapons or have the 'proficient' checkbox unchecked when you run your search.

Shayone | Hobgoblin | Sorcerer | Netherdeep
That solved it!!! Thank you so much. I didn't know it was from a Critical Role source, I just knew the book. Awesome!
