If you want 5E material, Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes covers Duergar (and Drow). Underdark content is otherwise pretty sparse this edition (Mordenkainen's does have a list of which of its monsters show up in the Underdark though, and Out of the Abyss is partly situated there). I was sort of expecting a 5E version of Drizzt's Guide to the Underdark from 2E to be released or announced last year, but so far no dice.

Look on DMsGuild. They have a bunch of underdark stuff. Some background info, some encounters or quests. Including stuff from older editions you can adapt. Not sure if specifically about duergar but drow stuff in general might help or give some ideas.
If you can find it, there was an old resource book called Skullport which was essentially a town that was a go between for the Underdark and the lands above. It is really wonderful resource for building a great town to serve as the 'home base' for adventurers focusing on dwelling in the Underdark.

I'm looking for a source for duergar dwarves, and Underdark encounters. The campaign is set in Forgotten Rhelms.

Thanks for the info
While released during 4e, this was intentionally written by WotC to be edition agnostic
