No convenient way. You can print the hypertext page or save to .pdf and print that, but the whole idea of the site is to be a digital toolset - DDB isn't going to integrate tools to turn the digital into physical in an easy manner.

Want to start playing but don't have anyone to play with? You can try these options: [link].
As Wheezal said, there is an app for DDB. If you download it, it will let you download the adventures, sourcebooks etc that you have bought/been given. You can only read them in the app (as opposed to as a PDF, you can still read them via the Web browser), but you can use them offline on your Android or Apple device. You can also put them onto multiple devices.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
I would recommend you to have a copy on your device if you have poor internet and or power, that way you can still play when things get bad. Or at least have a work around for a time until their power runs out.
We're finally back to playing at the table, and I very much like to print out each quest. I typically copy-and-paste to Word so I can set the page breaks where I like them, and then I highlight important items like skill checks. I run the combat tracker on my iPad, but I don't enjoy running quests with just the digital text.

So, I have the essentials kit and the extra adventures on D&D Beyond. Is there a way that I can print the extra adventures for offline use?

if you have the DND Beyond mobile app, any content you own and download is available for offline use on that device.
