Yesterday I had written a thread asking why the moderators had shut down the adventurer title thread, but today I checked for it in general discussion, which is where I created it. After not finding it I had checked the forums area in my profile, whereupon finding that there was nothing in there. Certain that I had not deleted it myself, I have caught myself wondering, who deleted it? And why?

Probably the mods did. They don’t seem to like people talking about stuff like that. They’re definitely the only ones who would have the power to delete your thread (like a regular user couldn’t do it). Sorry Dndlover.

I apologize if that thread was “insulting”, but seriously mods? If you can’t handle a little bit of controversy, why are you even mods?? And I know that this thread will probably be deleted because of this, just like the last one.

5. Discussing Moderator Based Actions

 Moderation taken within the community is not to be discussed in public.  This also includes opinions about specific moderators, moderator actions (ex. Locking, deleting threads), or moderation policy.

All questions, remarks, suggestions, or complaints about D&D Beyond moderation can be addressed via Private Message with a Moderator or a D&D Beyond Staff member.

You could probably message the mod who locked the thread (it will say at the top of the thread “locked by so and so”) and ask them directly.
