I purchased them and they are jpeg. I tried to upload them into roll20 but it doesn't seem to do it. I even converted to png and it didnt work. Any hints? Thanks!

My guess is that it's a size issue but I don't actually own these maps so I have no idea how big they actually are. Are you getting any error messages because that would help diagnose the problem. Also, you might try posting on the Roll20 forums since that's the platform you're having issues with and they'll have better support for it.

If you've uploaded other things to roll20, then do you still have capacity in your data allowance on roll20?
