Think I am addicted to DnD Beyond and making characters. I have made up to 27 characters so far and keep getting inspiration to make more. The sad part I know I'm not going to use in any sort of game or campaign but still enjoy making them.
Why bother with recovery when you can roll up another character? :)
Also, you could just turn these fascinating new character concepts into the next campaign you DM, or donate them to other DMs looking for some cool NPCs, mini-bosses, or sage/mentors for their campaigns.
Or, just hoard them. I don't see any of this ending badly whichever way you go.

Knowing that you have a problem is the first step toward recovery. :)
