There might be a better way to do it, but you could make a custom feat that confers the cantrip, then go to the add feats part of the character sheet and add it to your character.
Similarly, you could select the preexisting Magic Initiate feat that focuses on wizard spells, but only choose the one cantrip that you're gaining for free. Just leave the other cantrip and the 1st level spell options/choices empty, and I believe that the DDB character sheet should reflect it accordingly (i.e., only displaying the one cantrip you're selecting).
A custom feat should work as well, but this option should be immediately available and not require you to create a new homebrew feat.
Hello everyone!
I play a druid but my DM gave us one wizard cantrip for free.
I don't find how to add a wizard cantrip to my druid in D&D Beyond.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your advice.
I modified the Magic Initiate Feat, and it worked.
