Is there going to be a discount on the legendary bundle like there was one last year during the anniversary week? If so, have the details of when it would start been disclosed?
Nothing has been said. Normally, nothing will be said until maybe a week or so before. You will get an email telling you that a sale will be on.
Bear in mind that WotC has taken over who may.have very different attitudes towards sales.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
While nothing has been said, I personally think that they will announce a sale at 12th August, because the last two ones were on a Friday, couple of days before 15th August (the day where D&D Beyond first launched).
I don't know what their track record is timing sales with new releases. They want to maximize revenue on the new product for folks who want it "first", not immediately discount it for a short time.
Disappointed, to say the least. At $500 for sourcebooks that I have more than half of in physical form, I don't think I'll be (re)purchasing them without a significant discount.
They really missed the mark on a 5th anniversary for this one, considering the discounts of previous years. They've got VRTT beta testing, but how many aren't going to buy in now without that expected discount? Give a mouse a cookie and all that.
They wouldn't "start" to give it away at a discount. DDB, with WotC's blessing, quite often ran sales and discounts. That doesn't mean that they will continue to do sales or that they won't, but there's no obviously correct prediction to make here.

I wouldn't be surprised if they tie it into the release of the Spelljammer set as it's scheduled for the 16th.

Jander Sunstar is the thinking person's Drizzt, fight me.
I wish they would! I'd love to grab a huge bundle at a discount
A little bummed out that there is no sale yet. Hopefully soon.
I've been waiting for the anniversary sale for months now and really expected to see something during the livestream today.
I really hope WotC won't discontinue DnD Beyond's sale culture.
Nothing announced on the stream it seems. Bummer.

Looks like that's a solid "no" with no announcement during the entire broadcast.
Why buy something and then start giving it away at a discount?

The sale is here :) I grabbed the legendary bundle finally.
