Solution Work Around:
Add the Flaws first, then Bonds, then Ideals, and finally Personality Traits.
If you work your way backwards up the list of characteristic types, and then enter them in the correct order (ie 1-6) you will more quickly finish your task and have easy visibility to what you just entered so you don't accidentally add the same thing twice or miss one.

What I actually do is I add the 1st Flaw, then the 1st Bond, then the 1st Ideal, then the 1st Personality Trait, then I continue in your order.
