I've made a character that one of my players would like to play. For some reason, when I unassign the character from myself, and leave it in the campaign, the player who joined cannot claim the character.
Do they have room in their account to accept another character? Non-subscribers can have up to 6 characters total. If that's the case here, they could remove one of their existing characters or subscribe to get unlimited characters.
