What portion of DMing are you looking for tips on? Finding a party? World building? Campaign design? Running the game? All of the above? There are lots of elements which go into DMing, and providing a bit more guidance on what you are looking for will help better tailor responses.
That said, the best piece of generalised advice I can give: Your players will break your game. Do not be so dedicated to your story, your NPCs, your perceptions of what you want to happen, or even the rules themselves (sometimes) that you cannot be flexible and adjust to situations as they arise.

My general tip is it takes practice. Don’t stress too much, play the game and have fun.
