Master Tier here: I would like to share only the new races, backgrounds, and classes info from the Spelljammer sourcebook, but NOT the entire book that contains the adventure. Is there a way to do this?

There isn't; it's classes as a single source on D&D Beyond and as such, is shared as a single source.
