So I'm a new player to D&D so I don't have any physical books yet so want to keep everything digital. Is there a bundle for just classes races feats etc just so I can create any character I want? My buddy has physical books he can loan for any lore type stuff.
There's no package that includes only classes from all books, or only magic items, etc. If you just want to purchase individual items for the tool kits, then you'd have to browse book by book to select them out.
at some point, it would just be cheaper to buy the books to get it all. Especially while a sale is on.
There is, yes, in the marketplace you can find some of their bundled options. I tend to make sure I have them all, too, so I can host games. It is straightforward to keep up to date, too, since at any future point you can repurchase it, and it'll automatically reduce the cost based on whatever products you already own.

I'm probably laughing.
It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.
he's asking for a bundle of only character classes, or only feats, and things like that. not sourcebook bundles.
Now on each sourcebook, many of them (not sure if all) do let you just purchase all the subclasses for one price. I think the PHB is like $10 for just subclasses. I dont know if there are similar options to buy only monsters, or races, or feats, etc. You still have to visit each sourcebook to see what's offered tho. I dont know if there's a market item that is just "all subclasses".
The bundle for ALL the options IS the sourcebook bundle.

So getting the source book bundle would get me all the races subclasses feats etc?
you would get every feat, subclass, race, magic item, etc that is listed in the books that are part of the bundle. which is probably like 99% of it. as well as the books themselves obviously.
there are some adventure books that might contain a subclass here or there. but mostly, the adventure books add additional monsters and magic items.
You might consider the players bundle, since those books contain the lion's share of player options. after that, and Monsters of the Multiverse for races, there would only be a handful left scattered around other sourcebooks.
So getting the source book bundle would get me all the races subclasses feats etc?
It will get you the vast majority of them. However, there are ones that aren't in those books. For example, you won't get the Lunar Sorcery Subclass for the Sorceror, since it is in the Warriors of Krynn adventure book. The vast majority of options would be included in that bundle, however.
The remainder will be in books and, assuming you're not interested in the book itself, it would be cheaper to buy individual options (or groups of options) rather than the book itself because they only contain a couple of options at most, not enough to cover the cost of the whole book. For example, Wild Beyond the Witchlight has 2 backgrounds that can't be obtained elsewhere. They only cost $2.99 total. Even if you wanted the magic items as well, that would bring your total to $8.98. if you're not interested in the adventure itself, it's just not worth it to buy the whole book.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Be aware that this is very expensive though. The Sourcebook Bundle is several hundred dollars by itself. If you're interested in the main text (eg, the rules) then go for the current sale. However, if you're just after options...be aware that you can buy them individually as needed. Rather than spending $500 now, you could buy the books you want the rules from, then buy character options as you need them. Next time you decide to be a Lunar Sorceror? No problem, just buy that subclass then, no need to get it now.
The awesome thing about DDB is that it discounts the costs of books and bundles by the amount you've spent on it. So say you buy that Lunar subclass from Warriors of Krynn for $1.99, and the book is usually $29.99. then in six months you decide that you want to play Warriors of Krynn, you haven't lost anything. You'll only have to pay $28.00 instead, because you get that $1.99 discounted off the price. Same with bundles - if the bundle is usually $100, and you buy a $29.99 book, then that bundle will only be $70.01 in the future.
The only reason to rush in buying stuff now is that there is a sale in books. As a result, you could net a book for $23.99 when it normally costs $29.99. Other than that...just buy things as you need them.

Awesome thank you everyone. I think I will splurge on players bundle and the monsters of the multiverse and go from there. I have family in the same campaign so from what I hear they can read it so I will try that feature as well and subscribe.
Will the bundles go on sale? Or would buying the books individually at 25% off make more sense?
havent done the math, but i think for the smaller bundles, 25% each book is a little more economical than the bundle itself (assuming the bundle isn't on sale as well).
Will the bundles go on sale? Or would buying the books individually at 25% off make more sense?
They rarely did before the takeover by WotC, but they did have sales occasionally.
There is another sale on Monday that will have some books down at $19.99, it's a gamble as to whether the books you want will be on sale, or if you'll just miss getting any discount at all.
The Sourcebook and Adventure book bundles give 10% discount, Legendary gives 15% and the player bundle gives 20% (but the latter doesn't seem to apply to books added in the future, unlike the other bundles).

Good to keep in mind the dragonlance options do say they're officially dragonlance only. So they're not generally a great addition to your list of character options for playing outside of this exact campaign setting.

Many "character background" seem to be in adventure books and thus part of the adventure bundle
A few custom race
A few vehicles
Many magic items and Monster specific to each adventure books
From what I can see.... you can just open each book and look at what you can purchase individually...
It is cyber monday's deal finally (33% off on most books)...so i ended up buying the legendary bundle to unlock everything (well actually i did purchase the sourcebook bundle...and then was looking at each adventure book individually...to end up realizing, i'm not going to spend the next 10 hours deciding which feature of which book i want and if it made sense considering that feature does not have that 33% rebay applied and thus it might just be better to take the book.....so i ended up buying the adventure book bundle...even though i have (or will receive) all the physical ones...). Which i am then sharing through my campaign as a GM with my players by paying a subscription per month....20% off at the moment...
If you're a player, you might just want to buy the player bundle and on-demand race, features, class or else .....that you need
Or, if you're a bunch of friends, maybe you want to all pitch in so that one guy (the GM) unlock the stuff, and then share the unlock content through a campaign.....so that other players can benefit from it (split the money for the subscription...)
Btw, their information on the main page of this website was incorrect. DndBeyond Facebook page had the sale end on the 4th of december with a youtube video attached saying the same...and thus you can see all other books still have their 20% going on
