I am thinking of starting a campaign, specifically The Lost Mines of Phandelver, for my 10 y/o sibling and their friends in the same age range. I am Swedish and would feel weird DM'ing in English, and so I was wondering if there were any offical / fanmade translations of classic adventures like Mines of Phandelver.
Not any official, and I wouldn't hold me breath for them in Swedish - if it comes, it will be a while. As for unofficial, I can't really say. Even if there were, I'd daresay that it'd come under the rules against piracy on the forums to share them.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

Sorry, but D&D is notoriously pretty much English only.
... which is silly.
