I was wondering if you could buy a campaign book, like Storm King's Thunder, and add notes in the book itself. So, for example, if I were going through a particular section with the players I might have my own room description pop-up in the section I'm going through. It would be almost like PDF sticky notes. Is that possible?
This would be amazing to have! I don't know how hard this would be to accomplish, but that would be extremely useful! I hope a mod or even Bad Eye himself see this.

"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
I've seen people take their campaign book they bought from Beyond and plug it into One Note, but my word, that seems like a pain. I just need easy to reference notes that are attached to the primary document.

Right now you may be better off writing your notes in the Private DM Notes section on your campaign page. You can put links to the sections you're referencing for easier navigation.

A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.
