Like the title says, How much are turn of fortune’s wheel platinum razorwire chips worth? I know the normal razorwire is 10 gp.

This information is buried in the description of area P1 in Chapter 14, in the section for Colcook.

If the characters run out of platinum chips, he offers them one in exchange for a valuable secret

This tells me that platinum chips have no monetary value, and can't be exchanged for gold or standard razorvine chips.
