Tiefling for "half-demon", though actually more an ancestral curse. The base version is in the Player's Handbook, but there are other versions and variants in... Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide, and Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes.
Dhampir for half-vampire (Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft).
Class-wise, warlocks are probably the most on-brand.

Is there a subclass or a race that is a form of a vampire, or a demon?
Yes, you can see the races here: Character Races for Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) Fifth Edition (5e) - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com)
Dhampir is like a half vampire. Reborn is kind of like a half zombie. Tiefling is like half demon. Hexblood is like half hag.
Subclass wise, you can have a fiend or undead patron as a warlock. Necromancer wizard and to an extent spores druid do a lot with undead.
