Simple: make sure WOTC is credited for stuff you use from the SRD.. make sure anyone else's stuff is credited if you use their stuff

This is a combination of the previous 2 above... no money, same adaptation terms

The material licensed can be recreated in any form, but not altered or adapted
CC BY-NC-ND includes the following elements: BY – Credit must be given to the creator NC – Only noncommercial uses of the work are permitted ND – No derivatives or adaptations of the work are permitted
Non commercial version of the above... no money taken for reproducing
CC0 (aka CC Zero) is a public dedication tool, which allows creators to give up their copyright and put their works into the worldwide public domain.
BY simply Using the CC form: CC-BY-4.0, WOTC is saying at face value that we can do whatever we want, without any of the limitations that come with the CCL. We can adapt it, reformat it, reproduce it on any medium, and.. make money from our work in what we creates using the SRD.
Any medium: VTT''s would fall into this I assume...
