Hello. I really want to learn how to play DnD. I never play it before and would like to know how to play. So, if anyone would be so kind in to teach me? And later on let me either play a tutorial campaign? If there is any? I like to learn as I play, and hopefully later on if I can get the hang of it the game. I would like to be a DM, because I think that would be fun. But that's much later.
Also don't know if this is the right thread to post this. If not, please tell me.
A good way to start learning the rules could be to find your local DND adventure league. They'll have everything you need, teach you want you need to know and you don't even have to pay. A big thing is to remember thought adventure league is usually very different then regular dnd as it has more restrictions and the DM won't home rule anything. It's just a good way to learn the basic rules and once you've done that I suggest looking on the looking for players & group as their are a lot of great games you can find on there, my first full term as a player came from a discord game I found on this website.
