Is this feature going to stay in perpetual beta?

Is anyone working on an alpha or complete version?

The link at the top of the beta encounters page returns a not found error. D&D Beyond is not progressing the feature.

With 1D&D coming next year I doubt they will spend time on this for 5E. I’m assuming some kind of redesign of the feature to incorporate 1D&D changes to rules and monsters.
