I have joined a campaign in which the DM has a master Teir subscription and so does another player within the campaign, but I am not able to select expanded races from I.e. from the Monsters of the Multiverse, We have tried to joining another campagin but again no access to expanded races. Content sharing is switched on both Campaigns.
FYI
I have the Free Teir subscriptions in two other characters in other campaigns
The master sub doesn't give the subscriber access to any content, it only allows players who have bought content (not just the DM/subscriber) to share their content with the campaign. Content still needs to be bought.
Is there anyone in the campaign, with content sharing enabled, who has bought any content on DnDBeyond?
The [master tier] subscription doesn't actually provide access to the books. It only shares what any of you have bought and allows everyone to access it. If no one in the campaign has bought MotM, then buying a sub will not change anything in that regard. If one of you buys MotM, then everyone in the campaign will get access to it.
Other thoughts;
Are you making the characters in the campaign? You have to make the character in the campaign to get access for that character. I believe the solution is normally to create the character, put it into the campaign, then you can edit the character and add the premium content. I don't use the sub, so I'm not 100% on how that works precisely, but the idea is there. If the character itself is not in the campaign with the master tier and premium content, then it can't use the premium content.
Lastly, was the content recently purchased? Sometimes it takes time for your account to recognise it. Hit synch entitlements and it should register the new content.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

Content needs to be purchased to access it.
There are some 108 races spread around the various sourcebooks.
Either you need to purchase the sourcebook for the species you want or ask the DM to do so and share it with your group
Or you can buy the individual species you want.
For example Loxodon which is found in Guildmasters Guide to Ravnica
You can buy the book for $29.99 or just the Loxodon for $1.99
Spotted the mistake, I was making the Character and then putting into campaign to edit rather than going into campaign and making the character.
If someone has the master tier subscription you can use races you don't have personally.
