Hi first off I need some official source help for a 16th Century D&D RPG setting, I've got a Empire which is based on the Holy Roman Empire of the 16th Century but Games Workshop might come after me with there Lawyers, specially for Blitz the official Fantasy Football of the Empire think Blood Bowl.
I need help with my Tudor like English Kingdom as well.
You can't ask for legal advice here but have you tried DM's Guild/DriveThruRPG for a third-party historical setting? You might even find one for another edition of D&D that isn't too hard to convert to 5e.
There is not a lot to go on here—some general ideas and some indications you want to produce a third-party supplement for sale (based upon your concerns about lawyers), but not any actual questions or things you are looking for help on. You might want to provide some specific questions or things you are looking for assistance on - right now, your post could mean "can you help me come up with an NPC” to “can you help build the entire world” to “can you help build the entire system”—those are all very different requests, and, without knowing what you want, it is hard to give feedback. Narrow down what you are asking and you’ll likely get more helpful feedback.
I will provide a couple pieces of advice that might be helpful in a generic sense.
First, D&D already has fairly extensive tools for 16th century play - there’s firearms and other elements already built in. Use what already exists in the game as a starting point - no need to reinvent the wheel.
Second—and you’ll have to pardon the somewhat direct nature of this advice, but I think it is important given your apparent goal—you really need to work on editing if you are going to try to publish anything. This and your other thread are full of some very basic errors which go beyond simple typos. By way of example, look at this thread’s opening post.
- The first paragraph is a frenetic run-on sentence which stream of conscious covers a wide range of topics.
- There are elementary, if common, grammatical errors (there instead of their; a before empire instead of an; poor capitalisation of words) which many find off putting.
- You did not convey the information you needed to—what you were looking for other users to help with.
All of the above might be fine in a forum post—the stakes are pretty low and generally anyone but the most pedantic would look past such errors and try to derive your meaning. But, if you plan to write something for sale, you need to recognise that your writing needs to be up to par—and a failure to point out the flaws so you can work on them would be doing you a disservice as you embark on your projects.

The best I can discern, you are after advice on what you can and can't do with your game. This constitutes legal advice, which should never be asked for on an internet forum. Both for your own protection and ours, you should be seeking this advice from a lawyer who is competent in the field. We could never provide a safe answer for you, so it wouldn't be of benefit to you we even if we tried.
Speak to a someone who is qualified to discuss this. Yes, it will probably cost you...but it'll be cheaper than "free" advice from internet strangers.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
First off I'm not making a Third Party source books, it's more for my homebrew world that I would like to use for my hopeful D&D twitch stream. I've use Google too look up this subject but so far very little help.
One of issues I have is that type of Fantasy type the Standard D&D setting doesn't mesh with Tudor Era England I want to do more Hard/Dark Fantasy setting,
That it's for a Twitch stream doesn't change anything in regards to what we've said - it'd still be legal advice, and the point still stands. You need a licence (whether that's through the standard licence agreement or if you'll need to set up an agreement with WotC) and that requires someone who is appropriately qualified to give that advice.

For their own private use homebrew world, why would it be legal advice?
I assume they are trying to monetize their stream, so maybe that is why they are worried. If they are just using a historical setting with SRD magic thrown in, I do not think there is any big issue. Since they specifically mentioned Games Workshop and Blood Bowl and Blitz, they probably plan to use some of GW's IP, so they are taking more than just the historical setting that Warhammer is based on.
Alternatively, if they are not streaming the game and it is completely private, then there should not be an issue at all. There would be no monetization, but no worries as well.
Please do not use these forums to solicit legal advice. If you require such advice, you should employ a legal professional. This thread will now be locked
