No.

There's a Class file for the Homebrew section you could try, but beyond that I don't know of any way here - sorry.

You cannot create homebrew or custom classes on D&D Beyond.  You can create custom subclasses through the homebrew tools on D&D Beyond,

There are people and publishers who make classes not in the official 5e rules.  Those can't be reproduced directly on D&D Beyond.

The only exception to this is the Bloodhunter, and that was largely due to D&D Beyond's relationship with Critical Role.
