I'm noticing some Thri-kreen are listed as Humanoid, while others are listed as Monstrosity.
Can anyone tell me why this is? looking at the artwork doesn't explain it. Sizes do not explain it. This makes zero sense to me.

One is a playable species the other is a monster. So if you look at thri-kreen from spelljammer it is a species like Elves and its stats are designed with that in mind. The other is not a playable species and is a monster you might fight.
