Have these been released yet? The March ones came out on the 8th of the month and its the 21st of April and I've not seen any mention of sub perks for this month

I'm new here and a new subscriber. I don't know what frames are, where to find them, or what to do with them. Can someone point me in the right direction?
go to one of your created characters, and click on the token you set for them. you can then choose to edit the picture frame, or the background picture, or the character sheet frame based on what options you've collected.

Yes, the Honor Among Thieves frames are April's subscriber perk.
The frames were for March there were none for April!
March was a set of animated frames, April was a set of frames promoting Honor Among Thieves.
