So the warlock is weird, and it's also different from other casters. The warlock has a very limited set of spell slots (At level 3 you have only 2!), and these spell slots are regained on SHORT rests, as opposed to long rests. Additionally, you have a spell slot level (At 3rd level it is 2nd). This means that every spell you cast will be a 2nd level spell (This means 1st level spells will deal additional damage dice, etc). All this information can be found on the table at the top of the warlock page:
As for spells known, you know 2 Cantrips, taken from the Warlock spell list. Of course, if you chose the Pact of the Tome, you're also going to have 3 EXTRA Cantrips, taken from any spell list. For actual spells, you know 4. Due to the way leveling works, you essentially have 2 options. You could either know 2 1st Level spells and 2 2nd Level Spells, or 3 1st Level Spells and 1 2nd Level Spells.
Do note that as you level up, you can replace one spell you already knew with a new spell. This is in addition to new spells learned from leveling up. Also important to note, the spells listed under your patron are not automatically learned, they are instead additional spells you can choose to learn when you level up.
As a 3rd-level bard, cleric, druid, sorcerer, or wizard, you would have 4 1st-level spell slots and 2 2nd-level spell slots. As a 3rd-level warlock, you have 2 2nd-level spell slots, but you get them back after a short rest, unlike every other spellcasting class in the game, all of which have to wait for a long rest. Cantrips vary by class, but as a 3rd-level warlock, you know two cantrips (unless you chose the Pact of the Tome, in which case you have five) and will learn a third (or sixth) when you next level up. Each class has a table that tells you this stuff.

if I have a lvl 3 warlock how many 1st/2nd/3rd lvl spells should I have. Also how many cantips?
I’ve been playing 5e for about 3 months but I still don’t know how the advancement of a magic caster (wizard, warlock, etc) works.
