I finally got my hands on the physical copies of VGTM and MTOF, but they were not printed in the USA. VGTM was not too hard to find at my LGSs, but they are selling out their last copies, and MTOF took a while to find. I was wondering if anyone has a physical copy that was printed in the USA. If they were printed in the USA at one point, I will still keep my current copies to help out my LGS, but I am going to try to track down USA printed copies.
I could not find a XGTE that was printed in the USA either, but since it is not going out of print anytime soon, I am okay with taking my time to finding one.
Legitimate question here: What is different about books printed in the USA?
This would never have crossed my mind, but now I wonder what I might be missing.
I rather support our own economy, or the economy of fellow democracies.
As far as quality wise, I have not really noticed a difference besides USA printed books usually (but not always) align the cover art better (the cover art does not get printed on the spine of the book).

Both my XGtE and MToF say they were printed in the USA. They are both first printings and standard cover art. XGtE November 2017, MToF May 2018.
Good luck on your search.

Good to know. Thanks!
