By instantly, I'm pretty sure they mean there won't be a delay at release, not that it'll unlocked now. I think it's just a modified form for the text that will be there after release, when it will be unlocked instantly - unfortunately, the amalgamation is oxymoronic.

I am missing them as well. Text is pretty confusing, "instantly unlock" and "at release".
