Are the pre-order bonuses able to be content shared? XGtE gave us the character backgrounds, frames and feats, and MToF gives us backgrounds, frames and the Rrakkma AL module. Is Rrakkma going to be made available more widely? Or will it be restricted to those who pre-ordered MToF?
