Not likely. The character sheets have been pretty static since the WoTC take over. Most of the updates recently have only been for new products coming out. Maybe when the VVT is out they will put some developers back on making the sheets able to handle temporary effects.
Will there be any chance of an update that will give us the ability to add Lycanthrope to your character rather then adding it by homebrew?
How have you been adding it by homebrew?
I assume making it a custom race or feat. I made it a feat personally. You can also accomplish this by just adding the benefits directly on the sheet for most of them (adding a custom action for charge/similar feature, adding custom natural weapon attacks, changing your ability score directly, etc) and just remembering the minor stuff you can't directly add if you don't want it to be a custom action when it's just a passive.
