Is it just me or was anyone else hoping that the Dungeons of Drakkenheim content would include the ghostfire subclasses as well? I feel that without those we're really missing out on a portion of the games universe that really add to the immersion.
The book didn't advertise the subclasses or player content. That material would've required a lot more work on Beyond's part to implement accurately, making the cost-to-benefit ratio significantly worse. If you own the player material, you can still use that on paper sheets, the adventures being sold on the website are DM aids so that you can have the monsters and maps integrated already for your encounters.

The Drakkenheim book on here is the first book that did not include subclasses for Drakkenheim.
That book is called Sebastian Crowes Guide to Drakkenheim, and is currently only available via PDF from Ghostfire. The physical book while printed, is only available for pre-order as they're still getting things ready to send to the backers of the kickstarter. If that book comes to dndbeyond, it will have the subclasses available. Otherwise you're able to use the homebrew tool to re-create them for your own use.

I suspect we will get all that added eventually so long as the other Ghostfire stuff sells well but it would be a bit unfair on those who backed the Kickstarter if DDB got it before the Kickstarter stuff was fulfilled

It won't be on dndbeyond before the backers get it. Since that isn't happening how would it be unfair to those who backed the kickstarter?

Yes that's exactly what I'm saying, I'm agree with your point about it still only being up for preorder currently so we won't see it here until after those orders are filled.
