Last session we fought alongside the Githyankey and Mushroom People as they tried to retake their city from the Illithid and dragon cultists. We persuaded an ancient flaming dragon that lived there in the Underdark to help us. We have another dragon on the way too. The flaming dragon burned a hole through the walls of the city and took out a swarm of mind flayers with his berserk-inducing 90’ flaming cone attack, so we followed our allies around n and retook the town square from four Illithid and a dragon cultists before taking the cathedral back from a cultist and two dragonborn warriors. The whole time our flaming dragon ally fought with an elder brain dragon the mind flayers creates by capturing a dragon and implanting the elder brain into it.
