I would like to at least have a character sheet I can use in Spanish.

I remember there being the Italian PHB here, and wonder if any other languages are available and if so - where.

If I recall correctly, the Italian compendium content was not very successful, so as far as I am aware, all efforts on translation work have stopped on Beyond.
