Can we get a little context here? I'm not sure how "zeal" is meant to relate to Dragonborn specifically here.
Dragonborn Frenzy.
Are you looking at a 4th Edition book? Dragonborn don't have anything called Dragonborn Frenzy in 5E.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

Nope; there's the Dragon Fear and Dragon Hide feats from XGtE, but they don't have any "frenzy" type abilities in 5e.
