I believe the last time they did an official spell card product, there was a single pack for Sorcerers, Wizards, and Warlocks. I don't think there was one for just Wizard spells.
That stuff is kind of old now, though — it's using the 2014 rules and it can be hard to find since they're not being produced anymore. There are lots of unofficial options out there, though, including some you can print yourself.
Im starting a campaign and i was looking to get spell cards for my players. Does a wizard set exist or no?
If you're talking about the GF9 licensed sets, no. Warlocks, Wizards and Sorcerers got lumped together as the Arcane set.

It wasn't just 2014 rules, it was also made using the first printing of the rules.
