why can't I use the digital dice rolling on my character sheets anymore?

All of my characters sheets have digital dice rolling disabled and won't allow me to turn it on. Anybody have any idea why?

In the character builder on the home tab if you can’t enable the digital dice maybe contact support or go to bug forums
