vegepygmy or twig blight with boosted INT/CHA are the simplest solutions, but if you have access to Wild Beyond the Witchlight, there's a talking dandelion that could work

would it work if I used the Dryad stat block do you think, but made them small instead of medium. Then modify its innate spells like this:
At will: druidcraft
3/day each: goodberry, healing word
1/day: modify memory
i also would like the Leshy be able to perform a ritual of sorts once every 24 hours, that means that any creature within the the lair of the Leshy is unable to take any hostile action.
I’m unsure how to word this though.
This is a unique named NPC who is the chef and part owner of a tavern. The tavern is also its lair.
I don’t want any hostile action to take place within the tavern. It’s safe place, but I also don’t just want to had wave it away — I want some kind of mechanic that can explains it. So I thought, maybe some kind of lair action that this Leshy has — since it’s a specific, unique named NPC who never leaves the tavern (its lair).
But I’m not really sure how to word that :(.

Maybe at-will calm emotions would be easier to handle mechanically
Narratively you could describe the tranquil nature of the tavern, and how two people playing cards in the corner start to get rowdy, but then get over it really quickly after your NPC walks by

Humm, that's a good idea -- I actually had not even thought about that spell.

Hi,
Using DnD Offical Monsters, what is the closest match to the Pathfinder Leshy. I’m talking about this — https://2e.aonprd.com/Ancestries.aspx?ID=65&Redirected=1
I want to make a Leshy NPC for my D&D game, but I want to base their stat block and abilities on an already existing monster.
Thanks.
