My dungeons master have given our group an ability that we can use once pr long rest is there anyway i can add that to our character sheets so i can click that i have used that ability ?
Most likely make a homebrew magic item or feat that you would add to your character sheet. Try the homebrew forums. They may be able to provide additional help and advice
