They only have so many they know they can ship out. There's a limit to how many physical books can be produced, and a percentage of those are earmarked for FLGS's and other physical locations. If preorders are overflowing, they're not going to take bundle preorders they know they can't fulfill. Or at least they bloody well shouldn't.

So WOTC 2024 PHB is out of stock, thus, you cannot order the flashy bundle on their front page. It is a pre-order. How is it "out of stock?"

How are we supposed to get all the preorder incentives if there are no preorders. Someone goofed this one up bad.
