I'm still getting character creation down here at D&DB. I don't see many races and classes, but I do see a link to the marketplace that says others are available there.
But I have no idea where.
For example, I was wanting to make a Twilight Cleric and didn't see it. There's been others too.
What do I need to buy, or is it just limited intentionally?
To unlock additional races and classes, you need to purchase the books they're in.
The Twilight Domain for the cleric is found in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, for example, so you'd need to purchase that book in order to use it. Alternatively, books can be shared between members of a campaign as long as someone in the campaign has a Master Tier subscription. Creating a campaign on DDB, then allowing Content Sharing will allow everyone in the campaign to make use of content from that book.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
To clarify a little; so long as someone in the campaign activates Content Sharing, all content owned by anyone in the campaign is shared with everyone. The person who owns the books doesn't necessarily need to be the one with the Master Tier sub.
