The 5 revised species in the book (see below) are Changeling, Kalashtar, Shifter, Warforged, and the revamped Khoravar
All 5 Artificer subclasses (including the brand new Cartographer) appear to have survived the UA process
The book will have 17 backgrounds and 28 feats (the dragonmarks are definitely a chunk of these)
We're getting a new Bastion option (I believe this was confirmed to be a Mobile Bastion by one of the D&D Youtubers)
We also got a Species article where we got a preview of updates to the 5 Eberron species:
Changelings seem to have gotten buffed since MPMM, they now get advantage on Charisma checks while shifted, which assuming it works like it did in MPMM, lasts indefinitely. This will make them a pretty powerful "face" choice for social encounters.
Kalashtar are Aberrations now, and their mind link got buffed to allow for linking multiple characters and no longer needing sight. They also gained a floating proficiency.
No changes noted for Shifter since MPMM except you can be Small or Medium now.
Warforged are Constructs now. Constructed Resilience now also applies to ending the poisoned condition, and they got rid of the lengthy armor donning thing.
Khoravar are the new species as some have predicted. Thankfully they don't seem to be calling them "half-elves" in the article, but rather treating them as a new species that has human and elven ancestry.
Dragonmarks are no longer race-locked for PCs. They provide several narrative suggestions explain how this could be the case. (Presumably, certain species/houses in the world, i.e. NPCs, still have a strong tendency for some dragonmarks, e.g. most folks with Mark of Hospitality being halflings, but PCs get to be special.)
They also provide suggestions for ways a Dragonmark could manifest later in an individual's life (read: if you take the feat after 1st level.)
