I'd really like to order the new 2024 core rulebooks, but there are so much missing information. If you are an US customer, there is a 3 book digital+physical bundle and probably there are no issues. But if you live in Europe, then it's complicated: 1) There is no bundle (PH+DMG+MM, digital+physical). You have to order all three separately (in one order or three order). Price is higher, but probably ok. 2) In the EU store, they say nothing about bundle bonuses which they give for US bundle orders. Someone said that you will get those bonuses if you order all three books (physical+digital) in the same order. OK, great, but this is not confirmed in the product page or by the shop. 3) But then if you order PH+DMG+MM in one order, they say that the shipping day is in February 2025. They confirm that in the FAQ: " If you place multiple orders with different release dates, then your order will deliver when the last item is available."
Does this mean that if you live in Europe, you MAY (or maybe not) get the bonuses if you are willing to wait the physical books until February 2025? If you don't want to wait, you do not get the bonuses?

For the US priced options, the price between three bundles purchased separately and a single bundle of all three digital + physical isn't different. The only price difference you may be seeing is based on
Fluctuating exchange rates
Sales tax not being included in listings but VAT is
You're not missing out on anything other than convenience by not being able to purchase the 6 product bundle over three digital+physical bundles.

The bonuses are for ordering any bundle, not just the three book bundles. As far as I'm aware this applies to the UK/EU stores too, but I have chased up for clarification on this.

I believe those ordering the 6 product bundle from the D&D Beyond store have had three different shipping dates listed in their order corresponding to the three release dates. However, if you're ordering from the EU/UK store, it might be best to place three separate orders to ensure your order doesn't get grouped into a single, delayed shipment. I will ask for clarification on this too.

That sounds good. As I said, the price difference is not an issue. There is about 10 dollar difference after tax adjustments (the prices must include VAT in EU countries).
I'll wait your clarification in other issues before ordering.
I'm very frustrated that I pre-ordered all 3 and they only hit my account for the first book cost. I pre-ordered all 3 right now. I have the money in my account for all 3 right now. Take the cost you advertised for all 3 right now, instead of just the one book. Highly frustrating!
Yes. This. The billing could be- should be- much more accurately presented in the offer. I was expecting a US $190 bill on my account. I have a screenshot of my order receipt and a confirmation email that both have this amount. But my account was charged US $70. I have no idea what that charge is covering.
Wizards needs to issue a statement, or post a clarification on DND Beyond, or send out emails that explain what they are charging us for and when.

Also, the digital books included in the 6 item bundle (all three physical books and all 3 digital books) are advertised as US$10 (down from $29) on the site. The bundle has a banner advertising a savings of US$60 (I'm guessing 19.99x3 ?) if you order the bundle. But on my email confirmation, the digital books are listed as US$29.99 with a US$7.50 "discount". I was charged (just over) US$70 on my account, presumably for the new PHB and its digital version. $50 for the physical, so I guess the just over $20 is for the digital version- which was advertised as $10.

Something is not right here... 😒
I now also see, to be fair, that the physical books are listed in the confirmation email as US$49.99 with a $12.50 discount. I don't really understand what those discounts are, because that is not how the bundle was advertised. Or perhaps I misunderstood the entire ad? Either way, the $7.50 discount per digital plus the $12.50 per physical does add up to the $60 total savings advertised.

Thanks for your help. I suppose the digital bundle is also available outside the US, right? It would be more expensive to buy the physical books somewhere else, but at least you get the bonuses. Not worth the extra price, I think.
I feel that it is quite unfair that those digital bonuses are not available outside the US. This is a global hobby. There would be no extra manufacturing or delivery costs because the bonuses are digital.
if you go to the landing page and select the pre order button you will then see an option to purchase a digital physical bundle, or just a digital bundle, or just a physical bundle.
You can put the entire 6 item bundle in your cart and simply remove 1 or more items
Keep in mind physical is full price if and the digital is $10 is together. If you remove the physical book the digital price goes to full price
$180 is fu--ing ridiculous for a set of books that is a new edition, but isn't - and is compatible with 5e, but isn't.
It's not a new edition at all, and it is compatible with all existing D&D fifth edition books.
As for your value assessment of the books, your opinion is as valid as anyone else's.
No, it isn't fully compatible with 2014 rules. It's impossible given what's being changed.
I never said (and quite intentionally so) fully compatible. I said it was compatible with all existing D&D fifth edition books. The specific degree of compatibility will obviously vary from book to book.
I've chased this up and received confirmation; the bonuses listed on the D&D Beyond markplace (the digital art book, digital mini, and dice) are only for pre-ordering the[...]"2024 Digital Core Rulebook Bundle", and as such are not available outside the US. Other pre-order bonuses still apply though
The digital core rulebook bundle is available outside of the US, so if someone were outside the US and ordered that, would they get the digital bonuses?

Late to the confusion party. So folks ordering all 6 are getting separate shipping dates indicated? I was afraid they'd wait on the physical books to ship them all at once. I was gonna just do the PHP/Digital but then you get charged shipping of 6.99 (US)
