Hi everyone. I'm a new(ish) user of D&D Beyond, and I just pre-ordered Quests From The Infinite Staircase and I was wondering when I get my exclusive dice. I've gotten the frames and backdrops already, but no dice.
I checked again today. Only frames and backdrops have shown up in my account. Still no dice. There is a separate thread with several people indicating they are having the same issue.
Contacted Customer Support about 5 days ago. Been checking my account every couple of days. Checked again just now, and the QftIS digital dice have now shown up in my collection. Hopefully others who were missing their dice have received theirs by now as well.
I got my dice just fine but now I want to know about early access.
So is there early access to Master tier subscribers who pre-ordered the digital or digital + physical Bundle? I noticed that the book showed up on the site today and I updated my synced content but I still cannot access the book.
Note this is on the Wizards non-US store:

Early access for Quests from the Infinite Staircase is based on pre-ordering the digital + physical bundle from dndstore.wizards.com. You do not get early access if:
Pre-ordered just the digital version
Pre-ordered the digital + physical bundle from the D&D Beyond marketplace
This is how it's been for all books since the early access program began.
This is the last book for which early access is tied to pre-ordering a specific bundle. Starting with the 2024 Player's Handbook, early access is based on pre-ordering and having a subscription; 2 weeks if you have a Master Tier subscription and 1 week with a Hero Tier.
First I did buy the digital + physical bundle. Second I dare you to go and try to buy the digital + physical bundle from dndstore.wizards.com. I tried so I know it will not work. Since you are a moderator I would expect that you would understand that that store is for people living outside the US. The moment I entered my address for the delivery of the physical copy I was redirected to the dndbeyond marketplace. So please don't throw out brash answers without checking first. It even says this on the marketplace: Products shipping outside the US, checkout on our partner site →
That link goes to the Wizards store which says:
Release date: July 16, 2024 Early Access to Digital Content on D&D Beyond: July 9th, 2024
I know that Wizards owns Dndbeyond so don't pretend they are different companies. The only reason the Wizards store seems to exist is to ship outside the USA. And if Wizards offers early release to international folks why don't they offer it to their own countryman? I mean why do my Canadian friends get early access and I don't?
ALSO, just a couple weeks prior to purchasing this book I purchased Vecna (tried to get it at the Wizards store and was forced to use the marketplace as well ) and guess what I got early access to the book and it did not say anything on the market place but it did list an early access date at wizards.
This leads me to believe something went wrong this time and your seemingly reasonable answer was ill-informed. OH and I have a master-tier and I expect to get early access to the PHB that I ordered - however, your response may make me re-think my commitment to dndbeyond and to D&D in general. I have been playing since 1979 so abandoning it will be a very big deal for me.
I have spent thousands on dndbeyond. Please don't treat me like some beggar asking for a free meal.

Thanks in advance for your help.
I got the Dice set instantly when I pre-order Vecna, not sure if they haven't finished Quests From The Infinite Staircase dice.
I just Pre-Ordered mine too and was wondering the same thing.
Dragonbone63, did you receive your dice or other pre-order drops yet??
I have the backgrounds, but not the dice.
I just pre-ordered Quests from the Infinite Staircase, and…no dice either.
Weird pre-order my copy and got ASAP.
