Hi. I've taken mine and my son's characters from sheet to DnDB, and am trying to figure out how to use them as players in my campaign. They're classified as characters, but they're not usable as players, so when I try to run encounters it says 0 players. I can't set em up as NPCs even. Is there a way to switch their status from "characters" to "players", aside from creating a second account?
I'm brand-new to DnD Beyond, so I get that it's a learning experience, but any help would be appreciated, if anyone has dealt with a similar situation. Thanks!

Are they in the campaign?
If they aren't, you can add them to it by following the join link in the top right of the campaign page
If they are, you can set them to be used in the encounter builder with the "manage characters" button.
