So I was watching a guy review their favorite spells in the 24 rules and... Another vid says that Bard can only cast up to Rank 5 spells but Power Word: Fortify is a rank 7? Joe Fudge's Channel is where I saw these vids. This may be me misunderstanding but he showed a page showing their I assume to be spellcasting rankings and they get 22 spells by max level and only 1 level 5 spell?
Spells are organized by spell level, not rank. Not sure why you used that terminology.
Not sure why someone though bards lost the ability to cast higher level spells. They might have been mis-interpreting the magical secrets option that allows bards to select prepare cleric, druid, or wizard spells. Bards definitely still have spells up to 9th level.
