We pretty much have all the books and all that stuff, but i went ahead and bought everything on here anyways just to make it nicer and less erasing on my character sheet.  

How do I share everything with everyone else? do they have to have their own accounts?  does my dm have to make an account and create a campaign and include us all in it?  and will he be able to access the books on his tablet/laptop?  

You need someone to have a master tier subscription. Then have them create a campaign. All players content that join the campaign will be shared.

oh i have the master tier i forgot to mention.  So i have to create the campaign and share the link and they'd all be able to check it out?  they obviously need dndbeyond accounts then right?

Anyone can create a campaign.  That marks them as the DM of the campaign.  Then the DM can share the campaign link with the players.  When a player with a master tier subscription joins using the link, that player will have the option to turn on content sharing.  Only one person needs a subscription, but everyone who uses the service to build characters will need a free account.
