In other words, will it use the 2014 or 2024 cleric spell list?
This might be better placed in the class forum, but my guess is that if you are using the 2024 base class, you should probably use the 2024 spell list (basically, only use 2014 content when the 2024 content isn't available).
If it's one of the four PHB subclasses, it'll use the new spells.
If it's not, it'll probably respect the toggle on the character sheet. There is a possibility that it won't reflect changes in the 2024 cleric spell list, even while showing 2024 wording for individual spells. (It depends on implementation details that I don't know.)
I"m not sure if WotC knows how the interactions will work between 2014 & 2024 content. Considering the last minute removal and return of the 2014 spells, I would guess that you will be able to select from either list if you have the 2014 legacy toggle activated?
As a DM I'm running either 2014 or 2024 with zero mixing. I didn't allow a mix of 3.0 and 3.5 because of class balance issues, and the wonkiness of needing vast amounts of home brew rulings on how to mix and match between editions.

Same, WHen I make the switch it is going to be 100% 2024
Yes, divine soul will work with 2024 sorcerer. You would use the 2024 spell lists and you will have to adjust when you get subclass features (not sure if the DDB character builder will do it automatically) to come online at the levels that grant subclass features on the 2024 sorcerer table.
As far as i understand it any subclass that isn't flagged legacy or 2014 will work with the 2024 rules. You just have to change the levels you get the abilities. For example you won't get your Divine Soul subclass until 3rd level so any abilities you would have recieved before that will now be at 3rd. The rest of the abilities should slot in fine.
