When Will I actually be able to use my hero tier benefit of early access?

It's the 10th, I own the online PHB 2024, and I have hero. Why can't I access it?

Try resyncing your entitlements. That was what kept us at the master tier from seeing it.

Great point. It is worth mentioning that I had an issue where I had access, but I could not see them in the dropdown tab until I cleared my cache. Sometimes cookies are not so tasty.
