I’m currently playing a ebberon campaign and my character belongs to a wealth family in the skyway, however the family for generations has worked as a middle man to get contracts signed to hopefully allow their overlord patron the unmaker enough power to free himself, while also gaining ability’s themselves. What some really cool creative ideas y’all can think of. I’ll list some examples of the ones he currently has
High Interest Loan: In exchange for a loan of at least 50 gp you can write this contract:
The cost of any item purchased, the material cost of any spell can be reduced by 25 gp once per day as you collect the interest on your loan. This increases to 100gp at 5 contracts, 500 gp at 10 contracts, and 1000 gp at 20 contracts
Non Disclosure Agreement: By providing information to someone but binding them not to reveal it you can write this contract
You gain the ability to cast zone of truth once per day without expending a spell slot, at 5 contracts you gain advantage on insight checks, at 10 contracts you gain advantage on deception checks, and at 20th level you gain expertise on insight checks
Security Agreeement: (must be made with a warforged) By convincing a warforged to protect you you can write this contract
As an action you can increase your AC +1 for 1 minute once per short rest, This increases to +2 at 5 contracts, +3 at 10 contracts, and +4 at 20 contracts
Indemnity Agreement: By convincing someone to aid you in exchange for something they desperately need you can write this contract
You gain the ability to once per day heal 2d4 hp to yourself or an ally as a bonus action, this increases to 3d6 at 5 contracts, 4d8 at 10 contracts, and 5d10 at 20 contracts
Once per day, you gain advantage on Persuasion checks when negotiating or mediating. At 5 contracts, you can use this advantage to automatically succeed on one negotiation attempt per week. At 10 contracts, you can gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier after a successful mediation. At 20 contracts, you gain proficiency in Insight or double proficiency if you already have it
Are you looking for ideas for a new warlock subclass based on securing "deals"? What's an example of a "contract", and how can you 20 contracts? Are they just signatures, or is each one a discreet deal with power fluctuations?

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
